Returns

To be eligible for a return, we must receive your order back within 14 days of purchase.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Framed orders are custom-made and non-refundable once placed. Please note that framed items cannot be returned. However, if your frame arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it within 30 days of delivery

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was reported damaged upon arrival to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This is a black wooden frame with an inset to really show off your autographed item. Following our Classic look, the item is designed with the white border and comes ready to hang. We include a plaque describing the team, player or sports star. The size is 95 x 70CM.

Premium Framing Option

Why not choose our premium framing option? With extra photographs to show off your autographed purchase to the max. We include a plaque describing the team, player or sports star along with their major achievements. This larger-sized frame (100 x 80CM) is exactly like the title ‘premium’.
